October Tip of the Month from FOCUS (Families Over Coming Under Stress):

 

It’s the time of year where the weather is getting colder and trees are losing their leaves. Just because there may be frost on your car doesn’t mean it has to get frosty in the house too. There are many communication skills that can keep things from getting cold, for example using “I” statements instead of “You” statements. FOCUS helps families and couples learn these and other communication skills to keep things warm. Don’t just get by, get stronger!
