We are here for you!

Active duty service members and their families are encouraged to sign up for family or couple level resilience training in readiness for whatever tomorrow may bring.  Our interactive resilience training is targeted to your goals and builds on your existing strengths.

We are open for in-person sessions, by appointment, and follow all current installation safety guidelines. Currently we ask that if you are not vaccinated please wear a mask during your session or call to schedule for an online appointment prior to your appointment date.

TeleFOCUS virtual sessions are also available and allow you to connect with your FOCUS Resilience Trainer online using Zoom. All you need is a webcam and internet connected computer (mobile devices are not recommended). Learn more about TeleFOCUS:

Please contact our office 253-966-6390 for more information or to set up your appointment.

May Tip of the Month from FOCUS (Families Over Coming Under Stress):

It’s that time of year…  Time for exciting outdoor activities! Scheduling time for family hikes, gardening and drives to explore magical areas of the Great Northwest are just a few ways to get outside together. In the FOCUS program, we explore fun and engaging activities that encourage family closeness and self-care.  May is the perfect time to spread sunshine and show appreciation to your family and/or significant other.  A time to nurture, grow, and bloom in many areas of your life!. Don’t just get by, get stronger!
