April Tip of the Month from FOCUS (Families Over Coming Under Stress):

Spring is here and we are full of cheer! This is the time of year when everything seems to be blooming and glowing. In military families, you have learned to bloom where you are planted. Take this time to make sure your relationships are planted in good soil by connecting with your spouse, loved ones, or kids. Schedule a date night, phone call, or game night to keep your connection blooming and glowing! Come into FOCUS and learn more about our tools to nurture your relationships. Don’t just get by, get stronger!
