May Tip of the Month from FOCUS (Families Over Coming Under Stress):

April showers are supposed to bring May flowers, but what is Mom to do when flowers just aren’t enough to get her through these hectic spring days?  When Mom’s day is filled with caring for everyone else, what can she do to care for herself? At the FOCUS program, we teach Moms (and Dads) fun and useful skills to energize the heart and to strategies for much needed self-care.  Don’t just let the mom in your life get by, help her be the strongest she can be!
